1. General
Welcome to HADAR. This website, https://ha-dar.com, is operated by Hadar Slassi Halaf, an Israeli registered sole proprietor trading under the name HADAR (“HADAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our website, as well as purchases made through it.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable policies referenced below. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
2. Products and Availability
HADAR designs and sells contemporary Judaica and ritual objects.
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, and intended uses.
However, colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor variations may also occur between production batches.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities, subject to applicable law and existing purchase obligations.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders may be placed through our website, subject to the availability of products and successful payment authorization.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or other solution in accordance with applicable law.
We may decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure, or material pricing errors. Any amounts collected for canceled orders will be refunded as required by law.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Promotions
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be presented in accordance with applicable law.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, and clearance fees may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and special prices are subject to their published conditions and availability. Offers may be modified or discontinued prospectively, without affecting completed purchases.
5. Pre-Orders
Certain HADAR products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch.
Pre-order product pages will indicate the estimated shipping or delivery timeframe available at the time of purchase.
These estimates may change due to production, quality control, or logistical circumstances. If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide updated information.
Pre-orders remain subject to applicable cancellation and refund rights. Nothing in this section excludes any right to cancel or receive a refund under applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
HADAR ships within Israel and internationally.
We currently offer complimentary international shipping, as well as complimentary domestic shipping, subject to any conditions clearly communicated at checkout.
Shipping offers may change for future orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed before an order is completed.
Delivery estimates depend on the destination, product availability, shipping provider, and customs processing where relevant.

Shipping delays and delivery issues will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes our obligations regarding delivery.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Customers may request returns, exchanges, or order cancellations in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Our published return policy generally provides a 14-day return period following receipt, subject to the applicable conditions and statutory exceptions.
Return shipping arrangements and costs may vary depending on the customer's location and the reason for the return.
Where a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or supplied incorrectly, the customer's mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

8. Product Warranty and Care
HADAR provides a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase, covering qualifying material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not generally cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or accidents, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Products should be cleaned and maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided by HADAR.

This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory rights under applicable law.
9. Product Safety and Intended Use
HADAR products are intended for their described ritual, decorative, or functional purposes.
Certain products involve water, candles, open flames, or heat. Customers must use these products responsibly and follow the relevant safety and care instructions.
Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep flames and heated objects away from children, pets, flammable materials, and unstable surfaces.
Products should not be modified or used for purposes for which they were not designed.
HADAR is not responsible for damage resulting from improper or negligent use to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All original product designs, photographs, illustrations, written content, graphics, branding, and other creative materials presented on this website are owned by HADAR or used with appropriate authorization, unless otherwise stated.
These materials may be protected by copyright, design rights, trademarks, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No content or product design may be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited, distributed, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.
Access to this website does not grant any license or ownership rights in HADAR's intellectual property.

Users agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in ways that interfere with its security, functionality, or availability.
Unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, malicious software, and unlawful collection or misuse of website information are prohibited.
