Refund policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the option to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

•  The item must be in completely new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to office@ha-dar.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 
2. Return Confirmation: After we receive your email, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. 
3. Sending the Package: Use the provided shipping service to send the package back to us. 
4. Return Processing: Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item and approve the return. 
5. Refund: The refund will be processed automatically within ten business days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary with credit card companies. 

Important Information:

• Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges will not be refunded. 
• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. 
• In Israel, exchanges or returns will be handled by a courier at a cost of 30 NIS; please contact the store to coordinate. 
• For international shipments, exchanges or returns will be coordinated with the store, and the shipping cost will be determined by the various shipping companies used by the store. 
• Exchanges: We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product. 
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
