Refund policy
At HADAR, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist you through a simple and straightforward process, subject to the terms outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns & Order Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase and return an item within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details document, whichever is later, in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection laws.
We recommend returning items in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging, to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Opening the packaging or using the product does not, in itself, eliminate any statutory right of cancellation. In cases of significant deterioration in the product's condition, HADAR reserves its rights under applicable law.
Any extended cancellation rights granted by law, including those applicable to senior citizens, new immigrants, and persons with disabilities, will be fully respected.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email us at office@ha-dar.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. You are welcome to share the reason for your return so we can assist you more effectively.

Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions and help coordinate return shipping if needed.

Package Your Item: Carefully pack the product to prevent damage during transit.

Product Inspection: Once your return arrives, we will inspect its condition and update you accordingly. This inspection does not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
You may also submit a cancellation notice through any other method provided by applicable law. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory right of cancellation.
Cancellation Fees & Refunds
For cancellations initiated by the customer that are not due to a defect, non-conformity, or breach of contract by HADAR, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may apply in accordance with applicable law.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation results from a defective product, an incorrect item, failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe, or another breach of contract by HADAR.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, in accordance with applicable law. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Returns & Exchanges Within Israel
Original shipping is complimentary.
For returns or exchanges initiated by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.
HADAR offers an optional courier collection service within Israel for NIS 30.
This fee covers the actual collection service and is separate from any applicable cancellation fee.
If a return is required due to a defective, incorrect, or non-conforming product for which HADAR is responsible, we will arrange collection at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable law.
International Returns & Exchanges
Customers outside Israel who wish to return or exchange an item should contact us at office@ha-dar.com for return instructions and assistance.
For returns initiated by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Costs vary depending on the country of origin and the shipping carrier's rates.
Import duties, customs charges, clearance fees, and local taxes paid to authorities or third parties are generally non-refundable by HADAR unless otherwise required by applicable law. Customers may contact their local authorities to inquire about possible refunds.
For defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products for which HADAR is responsible, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover applicable return costs as required by law.
Product Exchanges
Would you prefer a different color or finish?
We are happy to help you find the right piece. To ensure availability and a smooth process, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
Returns of the original item are subject to this policy and applicable statutory rights.
Pre-Orders
Products available for pre-order are clearly identified on our website, with an estimated delivery date provided on the relevant product page.
Pre-orders may be canceled before delivery, subject to applicable law. Where cancellation is initiated by the customer and is not due to a breach by HADAR, statutory cancellation fees may apply.
Once the product has been delivered, the return and cancellation terms outlined in this policy will apply.
If an order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, customers retain their rights under applicable law, including cancellation without fees where required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every HADAR piece undergoes careful quality control and is thoughtfully packaged before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at office@ha-dar.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Including photographs will help us resolve your request more efficiently.
Where HADAR is responsible, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law, without charging cancellation fees or return shipping costs that must be borne by HADAR.
Exceptions & Statutory Rights
Certain products may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where permitted by law, including items made specifically to a customer's measurements or individual requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including extended cancellation rights granted to eligible customers.
